How To Set Up Xbox Live. First, unpack the box (of course) and see if everything is in there including the following; 2 AA batteries, User manual, wired headset (for premium console only), wireless controller, console, composite A/V cable, power supply and the power cord.

Next is to be familiar with the functions of the console here is a sample of the console specifics. Positioning the console, find a stable and suitable place for your console where it could be easily accessible but safe as well. Check the power supply if working, plug in the power supply cord at the back panel of the console and then plug it into the power supply, make sure to turn off the console before going to the next step.

 Next is to connect the equipment to the TV and the audio equipment.  The flat end metal has to be plugged into the console, then, the 3 colored end of the cord has to be plugged into the TV and the audio source, making sure that the appropriate color was plugged to the corresponding color in the TV's AV jack. Yellow is for the composite video, red is for the right analog audio and white for the left analog audio.  Take note that for monaural TV (single colored composite end TV) you can plug either one of the red or the white composite end of the cord.

 After connecting all cords, turn on the console and the TV to set up the correct video output.  You can follow the manual included in the box to complete the task.  The things you need to set are the following; Input select, AUX, Input, source, video 1, line in and EXT.  The names and functions will vary according to the TV manufacturer but they are all pretty much the same.

First of all you must secure all the needed things. You can't get anything done unless you start with the basics – ingredients. In our case, we need an Xbox Console or modem which is the forte of this recipe. Then secure a dedicated internet connection – can be wireless or the USB type or maybe a wired thing. This is very important to start things up on connecting worldwide. Since this is not for free, then you must have the certain form of payment. It could be either your credit card or a Prepaid Xbox Live card available on retail stores. Then you should have the Game Title as well – Gears of War, Halo 3, or Call of Duty 4, or even Plants vs. Zombies! In other words the game title is the game name itself that you wanted to play online.
